Potensi Antioksidan Ekstrak Daun Tempuyung (Shoncus Arvensis L.) Pada Dua Metode Pengeringan

Pengeringan merupakan tahapan penting dalam menjaga kestabilan senyawa, sehingga diperlukan perlakuan yang tepat terhadap ekstrak untuk mendapatkan senyawa metabolit agar memiliki khasiat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh metode pengeringan aktivitas antioksidan daun tempuyung (Sonchus arvensis L.). Metode digunakan melakukan penelitian ada dua yaitu dengan menggunakan waterbath dan kombinasi antara oven. Aktivitas dilakukan 1,1 difenil-2-pikrilhydrazil (DPPH) pengukuran nilai IC50 replikasi. Analisis SPSS tingkat kepercayaan 95% . Hasil skrining fitokimia menunjukan kedua sampel oven mengandung flavonoid. Nilai rata-rata ektrak didapatkan hasil (72,37±37,78), (79,6±8,39) Vitamin C sebagai kontrol positif (5,46±7,874). analisis One Way ANOVA diperoleh signifikansi p < 0,05 perbedaan signifikan kelompok dilanjutkan post hock Tamhane’s terjadi positif.
